The internal organization of TPA S.p.A
 

Constantly attentive to movements in the market and to developments in technology,
TPA is a dependable partner capable of identifying optimum solutions to meet every application requirement.

     The company's internal organization reflects a technological vocation embracing research, continuous product innovation, and the offer of consultancy, design and technical support services to customers on a permanent basis. Preeminent in the company structure is a HW and SW Design staff of more than 20 technicians and engineers with diplomas or degrees in electronics or IT, who are organized in various teams:
  • Research: engaged in the study, experimentation and internal validation of new software technologies to be adopted ultimately in the process of developing new solutions.
  • Development: involved in designing and updating the hardware and firmware platform of the system, exploiting new technological opportunities and ensuring the company can respond to different application needs.
  • Design: entrusted with the development and testing of Numerical Controls in a variety of application-oriented versions, offering customers standard or personalized solutions and giving close collaboration and technical support throughout application, configuration and utilization of the system.
  • Training: responsible for a continuous educational activity carried on internally, covering the migration of new technologies from R&D to application and production sectors, as well as basic training for customers delivered through a programme of periodic courses conducted in-house or on site.
  • Quality Control: quality engineers prepare IT tools necessary for the automatic testing of successive SW versions in order to guarantee their quality and compatibility with current applications.
  • Assistance: this takes in the full range of After Sales activities, from on-site assistance to repairs and parts supply, all of which computerized and managed from a database to assure monitoring, traceability and statistical control of production quality.


     TPA also operates a Teleassistance service, permanently active and available to the end user, which provides customer support during the initial stages of use and guarantees that periodic release updates are received.



      Production is organized around a computerized management system that covers purchasing, inventory and order processing, using companies specialized in SMD techniques for the assembly of cards and modules, and a team of internal inspectors who subject end products to automated testing and certification procedures.



     The Sales Department is always ready to give customers technical information, advice and demonstrations aimed at identifying the best solutions for any given application.
