AlbatrosNT systems, in their different configurations, can all be equipped with the same set of devices, which are also available for OEM applications.

• AlbNT4x / AlbNT8x
  Motion Control Card for piloting analog axes (+/-10V), 1 MHz counting rate, with 4 or 8 counting channels (channels not utilized can be exploited as Analog Out with 16 bit DAC).
  Circuit board equipped with Intel i960 - 32 MHz processor, 2 MB internal RAM and Greenbus I/O pilot channel with Intel i196 microcontroller.
  

• AlbSLM 4x / AlbSLM 8x
  Motion Control Card for piloting digital axes using SLM Control Techniques drives (MultiAx and M'Ax drive), 125 msec Frame Rate with management of 4 or 8 axes, 2 having frequency/sign pilot option and 2 counting axes for handwheels.
  Circuit board equipped with Intel i960 - 32 MHz processor, 2 MB internal RAM and Greenbus I/O pilot channel with Intel i196 microcontroller.
  

• AlbIO32
  Local Input/Output expansion card with 32 software configurable bidirectional I/O lines, optoisolated 24V @ 0.5 A interface, hardware protection stage safeguarding against short-circuit (s/c), overload (OL) and overvoltage (OV).
  D-sub 37-pin connector.
  

Greenbus modules
These modules can be incorporated into the network of remote devices connected to a Greenbus serial bus, using standard RS485 12V Full duplex at 1 MBaud

• ALBRE16/B
  I/O pilot module handling 16 SW-selectable bidirectional optoisolated lines, using 24V @ 0.5 A signals, with s/c, OL and OV protection. RJ45 connectors for AWG 24-12 cable.
  

• ALBRE24
  I/O pilot module handling 24 in + 24 out, optoisolated, 24V @ 0.5 A, with s/c, OL and OV protection. RJ45 connectors for AWG 24-12 cable.
  

• AlbSTEP
  Frequency/sign pilot module for stepping motors, with optoisolated I/Os, 8 In + 6 Out, 24V @ 0.5 A, s/c, OL and OV protection.
  RJ45 connectors for AWG 24-12 cable.
  

• ALBEV24
  I/O pilot module, 20 Out TTL, 5V, coupled direct via Cannon D-sub 25 pin connector to manifolds with solenoid valves up to 3W.
  

• ALBREA
  I/O pilot module, 4 Analog Out PNP, ± 24V, 16 bit resolution.
  4 Analog In, ± 24V, 10 bit resolution.
  Double RJ45 connector for AWG 24-12 cable.
  

• ALBIAPP
  Palmar keybord for axes and machine control, 27 keys bounded to inputs managed by the PLC.
  May be used, together with CN software, to perform program selflearning or machine manual control.
  GreenBus RJ45 cat. 5 connector.
  

• ALBSTAR
  Hub module for the GreenBus field bus.
  One in and 4 out GreenBus connectors.
  External auxiliary power supply connector.
  

• CUSTOM REMOTE MODULES DESIGN
  We can design and realize custom remote modules. The GreenBus field bus protocol includes this feature.
